| 摘 要： | 1993～ 1998年在黑龙江省各地区不同时期采集烟草病毒病标样共 388个。经寄主范围、抗血清及电镜观察等鉴定病毒种类 ,分析各种病毒发生流行的时间和地点特征 ,明确黑龙江省烟草苗期至旺长初期以 TMV为主 ,占 6 2 %～ 10 0 %。旺长期至采收 ,以 PVY为主 ,危害性也最大 ,大田发生的病毒以 TMV和 PVY点绝对优势 ,占 6 0 %以上。学校及科研单位的试验田以 PVY为主 ,占 70 %以上 ,CMV,TEV,TSWV及其它病毒主要发生在试验场所 ,占总标样的 9%以上。病毒病发生流行的规律与当地的作物种类、气候条件、病毒的传播方式等有密切关系

| Abstract: | of tobacco virus diseases were collected from some counties and experimental stations of institute and university in Heeilongjiang province during various growing stages.Viruses were identified by tests of host range?antisera and EM.Results analysis indicated that the most prevalent virus of tobacco through seed bed stage to early rapid growing stage was TMV(46.40%～71 90%),the most prevalent and damaging virus was pvy though rapid growing stage to harvesting stage.The disease incidence could reach 100%.Other unidentified viruses were only or always occurred in experimental station which also could reach 31.50%.The occurrence and prevalence of tobacco viruses were closely related to kindsof crop plants?climate and transmission mode of virus.$$$$ |
