| 摘 要： | 我国的农业政策性银行运行了10多年时间,但农业政策性银行法尚未出台。从农业政策性银行法产生的理论基础出发,分析了其法律性质,立法误区,并结合我国国情对农业政策性银行法的构建提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Although the Chinese Agricultural Policy Bank has been running for about ten years,the law system has not been set up yet.From the basic theory of the Chinese Agricultural Policy Bank law,in the article the law character and the wrong ideas of law-making were analyzed.At last,some advices about the construction of the law system of Agricultural Policy Bank were presented according to the actual situation in China. |
