摘    要:以细凹无梗囊霉(Acaulospora scrobiculata),脆无梗囊霉(Acaulospora delicata)和副冠球囊霉(Glomus coronatum)为材料,在温室条件下设立3种AM真菌单独或混合接种处理,评价不同接种处理下紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)生长状况,明确AM真菌不同组合对紫花苜蓿的促生效果。结果表明:3种供试菌种都可与紫花苜蓿建立良好的共生关系,不同菌种及其组合间的菌根侵染率存在差异,单接种副冠球囊霉和混合接种细凹无梗囊霉和脆无梗囊霉侵染率最高,分别为61.67%、58.33%;3种AM真菌均促进紫花苜蓿生长和生物量提高,紫花苜蓿株高提高252%~368%,总生物量提高545%~941%;单接种和混合接种3种AM真菌都提高紫花苜蓿的氮磷含量,植株氮磷含量较对照组分别提高434%~1156%,1167%~2292%。3种AM真菌单独接种时,副冠球囊霉效果最好,脆无梗囊霉次之,细凹无梗囊霉最差;混合接种以副冠球囊霉和脆无梗囊霉组合对紫花苜蓿促生效果最为显著。

Abstract:Three arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Acaulospora scrobiculata,Acaulospora delicate and Glomus coronatum) were inoculated separately and co-inoculated to alfalfa in a pot experiment in order to evaluate the growth status of alfalfa under different inoculation treatments.The results showed that the symbiosis was well established between AM fungi and alfalfa.Mycorrhizal colonization percentages were different between AMF and their combinations.The colonization percentages of G.coronatum and the mixed inoculation of A.scrobiculata and A.delicata were 61.67% and 58.33%,respectively.The inoculation of three AM fungi all promoted both growth and biomass of alfalfa.Compared with un-inoculated treatment,the inoculation of AMF increased plant height from 430% to 628%,and the total biomass increased from 545% to 941%.The nitrogen and phosphorus contents of alfalfa were increased by the inoculation of AM fungi as well,plant nitrogen content increased from 434% to 1156% than the control,plant phosphorus content increased from 1167% to 2292%.G.coronatum has the best growth enhancement effect,followed by A.delicate and A.scrobiculata.Mixed inoculation of G.coronatum and A.delicate has the highest growth promotion effect to alfalfa among the treatments.
