第五储粮生态区两大主要粮食品种安全储存敏感指标实仓试验

摘    要:采用不同水分的稻谷、小麦样品实仓试验,探索水分、温度、CO2、真菌与粮食安全储存的关系,为国家制订统一的粮食安全水分标准提供科学依据。试验表明:水分14.0%以内的稻谷和13.0%以内的小麦在第五储粮生态区能安全储存。

Abstract:The index test in real storehouse was done using Wheat and Rice with different water content ,to ex‐plore the relationship about food storage safety between the moisture , temperature , CO2 and fungi .The re‐sult of this test will be used to provide a scientific basis for water content of food safety standards for our country . According to the result , the rice within 14% moisture and the wheat within 13% moisture could be stored safely in Ecological Storage Area 5 .
