叶面喷施调节剂和微量元素对马铃薯块茎品质及产量的影响

摘    要:选用当地主栽品种大西洋和抗疫白为试验材料,通过大田试验,研究了调节剂和微量元素对马铃薯块茎品质及产量的影响。结果表明:调节剂和微量元素均显著提高了块茎中维生素C含量,降低了还原糖含量;增加了大西洋蛋白质和有机酸含量,降低了淀粉含量和干重;抗疫白块茎中蛋白质和有机酸含量降低,淀粉含量和干重升高。对于马铃薯商品性状来说,调节剂和微量元素均增加了马铃薯的单株薯重和单薯薯重,对单株薯数的调控效果不显著。对产量而言,大西洋的产量分别比对照增加17.30%和16.29%,抗疫白的产量分别比对照增加19.18%和12.85%。

Abstract:The local potato varieties,Atlantic and Kennebec were selected as the test materials,the effects of regulators and microelements on quality and yield of potato through field experiments were studied. The results showed that regulators and microelements both could increase the content of tuber vitamin C and reduce the content of reducing sugar. The content of protein and organic acid increased while the content of starch and dry matter reduced in tuber of Atlantic,on the contrary to Kennebec. For potato commodity character,regulators and microelements increased the weight of per plant and weight of per tuber,the control effect was not significant for the number of tubers per plant.The yield of Atlantic and Kennebec increased 17.30%,16.29%,19.18% and 12.85%,respectively.
