| 摘 要： | 综述了目前农药残留分析的前处理技术和检测的几种方法。样品前处理中,固相萃取、超临界流体萃取、基质固相分散萃取得到了迅速发展和广泛应用。超临界流体色谱、液相色谱—质谱联用技术、免疫分析技术、直接光谱技术和生物传感器等检测方法具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | This article described the methods of sample pre-treatment an d determination of pesticide residues at present. Solid-phase extraction, superc ritical fluid extraction, and matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction were deve loped quickly and applied widely in sample pre-treatment. The potentiality in th e use of supercritical fluid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrum , immunoassay, direct spectroscopy technique and biosensor was great. |
