陆地棉Bt种质产量性状遗传力及配合力研究

摘    要:以3个Bt转基因抗棉铃虫种质与4个非Bt丰产种质组成不完整双列杂交,对Bt转基因抗虫棉产量性状的遗传情况研究表明:Bt转基因抗虫种质与丰产种质杂交,其子代在产量性状上的表现具显著遗传效应。讨论了使用Bt种质选育抗棉铃虫、丰产、优质、综合性状好的陆地棉新品种及杂种优势利用的有关问题。

Abstract:In this test,3 bollworm resistant strains containing Bt transgenic germplasm are screened as male parents,and 4 high-yield cultivars as female.The method of incomplete diallel cross is used to study heredity of yield characters of upland cotton bollworm resistant strains containing Bt transgenic germplasm.The results showed that the Bt transgenic germplasm,when crossed with high-yield parents,can bring about significant complementation effect in yiled characters of offsprings.Some problems concerning breeding new upland cotton bollworn resistant varieties having comperehensive fine cash characters and utilization of hybrid vigour were discussed in the paper.
