沙生灌木纤维——木束复合材料制造技术的初步研究

摘    要:研究了沙生灌木纤维——木束复合材料的制造工艺,找出了沙柳材软化和木束干燥定型的较好方法,并探讨了板材密度和结构与强度的关系。结果表明,以柠条材纤维为表层材料,以沙柳材木束为芯层材料制造纤维——木束复合材料的工艺技术是可行的,板材在强度、表面质量、成本和适用性方面均具有明显优点。

Abstract:The technology, by which a kind of compositive material consisting of fibre and wood bunch from shrubs in desert is made.A better way for Salix wood to mollify and for wood bunch to dry anal shape-form was found. Further more,a research into the relationship between the density and structure of board and board's tensity was made. The result manifests that,it is feasible to produce compositive material consisting* of fibre and wood bunch,with the fibre of Korshinsk Peashrup serving as outer material,while wood bunch of Salix as inner material.Moreover, the board displays obvious advantages in aspect of superial quality,cost and application.
