摘    要:目的]为了探索更优化的繁育技术,进行了无患子(Sapindusmukorossi Gaerth)扦插繁殖试验。方法]对不同来源、不同长度、不同处理的无患子穗条按正交试验设计进行扦插试验,调查生根率、生根数和根长度,计算根系指数和根系效果指数,并分析。结果]以梢部15 cm长的枝条为插穗,用200 mg/L ABT(1)号生根粉进行处理,直接扦插,在此条件下,生根率、生根数和平均根长表现最好,分别为92.3%、18根和17.3cm,根系效果指数达16.72。结论]用无患子不断尖梢部、长15 cm枝条作为插穗,有较好的成活率和生根率。

Abstract:Objective]In order to study on more optimal breeding technology for the cutting propagation of S.mukorossi Gaerth,the sub-cuttage reproduction experiment was carried out.Method]Cutting propagation of S.mukorossi Gaerth was carried out by using orthogonal design method with the cutting different in origin,length and treatment.The rooting ratio,number of root and length of root were investigated,and calculated root index and root effectiveness index.Result]It was the best of rooting performance by using tip cuttings about 15 cm long,dipping with 200 mg/L ABT(1),and treating indirectly.Under the best conditions,the rooting ratio was 92.3%,the number of roots was 18,the length of roots was 17.3 cm,and the rooting effectiveness index was 16.72.Conclusion]There was a better survival rate and rooting rate by using the tip of branchs with keeping sharp and 15 cm long as cutting.
