基于曲面重构的塑料异型材挤出模具制造技术

摘    要:提出了一种基于曲面重构技术的塑料异型材挤出模具制造新技术。采用三角网格化方法,在不需要重建曲面模型的情况下,对测头半径进行三维补偿;采用基于3个基准点的数据直接对齐方法解决了多视数据对齐的问题。在分析模头型腔曲面特点的基础上,提出应用扫掠曲面对模头型腔进行曲面重构的新方法;对曲面重构误差和总反求误差进行了分析。经实践证明,该方法有效地缩短了挤出模具开发周期并提高了模具质量。

Abstract:A new manufacture technology for extrusion die based on surface reconstruction is put forward. The 3-D compensation of probe radius is done using the triangular mesh method without surface reconstruction. The problem of multiple graphics data registration is resolved by the direct registration based on the three datum points. Based on the analysis of the surface feature of extrusion die, a new method is given, which is the surface reconstruction of die cavity based on sweep-surface. The error of surface reconstruction and the whole error are analyzed. The application of the new method proves to be significant in shortening the design and manufacturing cycle and heightening the quality of extrusion die for plastic profiles.
