人低分化鼻咽癌(CNE-2Z)细胞膜电位及其形成的离子机制

摘    要:用玻璃微电极细胞内记录方法,对体外培养的人低分化鼻咽癌(CNE-2Z)细胞膜电位及其形成机制的研究结果表明:CNE-2Z细胞膜电位与正常鼻咽上皮细胞相比,负值明显增大(P<0.01),变异系数也大,且分布弥散。CNE-2Z细胞膜电位负值与培养液K~+浓度对数值接近呈反比关系。而培养液Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Cl~-浓度提高时,膜电位无显著改变。提示K~+外流是形成CNE-2Z细胞膜电位的主要离子基础。

Abstract:The membrane potentials of poorly differentiated human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (CNE-2Z ) cells in culture and the forming mechanism were studied by means of intracellular recordings using glass microelectrodes. The results indicated that the negative values of membrane potentials of CNE-2Z cells increased significantly compared with the normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells (P<0. 01). The coefficient of variation of membrane potentials in CNE - 2Z cells was large and the distribution was diffuse. The negative values of membrane potentials of CNE - 2Z cells were inversely proportional to the logarithm of K+concentration in the medium (lgCK+D) .whereas the membrane potentials did not change significantly while Na+ , Ca2+ and Cl~ concentration in the medium was increased respectively. It is suggested that the outward diffusion of intracellular K+ be the main ionic basis that establishes the membrane potentials of CNE-2Z cells.
