脐橙果实发育中糖分积累与SPS活性研究

摘    要:分析研究了脐橙果实生长和成熟过程中汁泡,果实维管束和果皮内糖分含量与SPS活性变化动态,研究结果表明:无论是汁泡还是果实维管束和果皮,它们的还原糖含量高于蔗糖的含量;在果实细胞膨大初期,果皮中的总糖分含量高于汁泡;在果实细胞膨大后期和成熟前期,汁泡中的总糖分含量高于果皮,但是与维管束的总糖含量接近;而到成熟采收时,3个组织的总糖含量则相互接近,而且都以葡萄糖含量占优,SPS参与了脐橙果实蔗糖的贮藏和运输过程,汁泡中的SPS活性在果实成熟前变化较小,在果实的成熟和糖分的积累时期,其活性急骤上升,至成熟期,远高于其他两个组织中的SPS活性;而果皮中的SPS活性在果皮糖分含量增加时活性持续下降,维管束中的SPS活性则基本上随着果实成熟而缓慢下降,至成熟期,活性处于较低水平。

Abstract:Variations in sugar content and SPS activity in the juice sacs, peel and fruit vascular bundles were monitored during fruit growth and maturation of Newhall orange ( Citrus sinensis Osb.). Reducing sugar content was higher than sucrose in all the three parts of the fruit. In the early stage of fruit enlargement, the total sugar content in the peel sacs was higher than that in the juice sacs. In the late stage of fruit enlargement and before fruit maturation, the total sugar content in the juice sacs was higher than that in the peel and similar to that in the vascular bundles. At the fruit-picking time, the total sugar content in the three parts was similar and the dominant sugar was glucose. SPS was found to involve in the storage and transportation of sucrose in navel orange fruit. SPS activity in the juice sacs rose sharply with fruit development and maturation and was significantly higher than that in the other two fruit tissues at maturation. In contrast, as the fruit ripened and sugar accumulation in the fruit increased, SPS activity declined progressively in the peel and vascular bundles.
