番茄灰霉病菌拮抗细菌B21的鉴定

摘    要:对分离于叶片表面能较强抑制番茄灰霉病菌生长的拮抗细菌B21菌株进行了鉴定。通过形态特征、生理生化特征观察,利用PCR技术对菌株B21 16S rDNA序列作全序列分析,序列结果在GeneBank中进行Blast同源序列检索,再用DNAStar软件与Bacillus属的其它种进行同源性分析,结果显示B21与已报道的B. subtilis 16S rDNA序列(登陆号AY172513)有99.93%的相似性,且两者在系统发育树中处于同一个分支。确定B21为枯草芽孢杆菌(B. subtilis)的一个菌株。

Abstract:The bacterium strain B21 isolated from leaves could strongly inhibit the growth of Botrytis cinerea. According to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, sequence analysis of 16S rDNA showed that strain B21 shared 99.93% homology with published sequence of B. subtilis (accession number: AY172513). In the phylogenetic tree, both of strain B21 and B. subtilis were on the same branch, which showed that strain B21 was closely related with B. subtilis. Therefore, bacterial strain B21 was identified as B. subtilis.
