| 摘 要： | 研究设计了一种新型的拔棉秆机,该机具的拔棉秆机构为浮动压力双链夹持式,并采用前置式固定盘升降臂挂接,靠前置垂直液压缸升降,变速机构采用同轴正反蜗轮蜗秆,带动链轮作逆向旋转,传动至两链条则作同向运行.棉秆输送通道采用全封闭式,压链装置采用导柱、导套、压头弹簧及固定架组件,采用分段排列压链,并且压力可调整.试验表明,该机械达到了设计要求,能够满足工作需要.

| Abstract: | A new cotton-stalk puller,cotton-stalk pulling machine with floating pressure double-chain gripper,was designed using cotton-stalk pulling structure hanged by push-type jib arm of fixer hub,which ascends and falls by uprightness hydraulic cylinder,and using positive and negative worm gear of the same axis drives chain wheel retrorse circum-rotate,which drives chain circulate in the same direction.The alleyway of the cotton-stalk transportation adopts the whole close-form,the subsection-array of the hold-down provides a good characteristic,so that the pressure can be adjusted.The test results show that it has reached the designed requirements and can satisfy the needs in the work. |
