食品科学应用型研究生培养模式探讨

摘    要:为适应我国经济社会发展对高层次食品类应用型人才的需要,针对食品专业研究生教育的现状及食品类学术型研究生培养模式的改革与实践,探讨食品类应用型研究生培养模式及其在课程体系、教学体系、导师队伍建设、学位论文工作等4个方面的改革。

Abstract:To adapt to the need of high-level food science application-oriented talents basing on economic and social development,according to the present situation of food science graduate education,and the graduate education mode practice and reform of food science academic degree,the reforms of applied food science graduate training mode,and its curriculum system,teaching system,teacher's team construction,degree thesis work were discussed.
