| 摘 要： | 随着水产养殖业的高速发展,鱼粉作为优质的高蛋白水产饲料原料,对于我国水产养殖业的健康持续发展具有重大的经济意义。对鱼粉的基本成分及加工工艺进行了概括,并对影响鱼粉质量的因素及检测方法进行了分析。针对鱼粉应用中存在的一些主要问题,提出了相应对策,并在立足鱼粉发展现状的基础上,展望了鱼粉今后的发展前景。
