| 摘 要： | 头孢噻呋是第一个畜禽专用的第三代头孢菌素类抗生素 ,其抗菌谱广 ,抗菌活性强 ,对 G-、G+菌均有强大的杀菌作用。给药以后吸收迅速 ,生物利用度高 ,半衰期长 ,药效持久。其安全范围大 ,不良反应轻微 ,在兽医临床应用中具有广阔的前景。本文综述了头孢噻呋的理化性质、作用机理、抗菌活性、药代动力学、临床应用及不良反应 ,以期为该药在兽医临床中的应用提供资料

| Abstract: | Ceftiofur, the first and third generation veterinary cephalosporin, is a broad spectrum cephalosporin with potent antibacterial activity against gram positive and gram negative pathogens. The drug can be absorbed quickly after administration, in addition, the drug has a high bioavailability and longer biological half life. For it can be used with a wide rage of dosages and has low side effects, ceftiofur will be used extensively in veterinary clinical therapeutics. This paper summarizes physical and chemical quality, mode of actions, antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, clinical applications and side effects, in order to provide information for it s application in veterinary clinical therapeutics. |
