土壤外源汞污染对大豆幼苗生长的影响研究

摘    要:采用盆栽实验的方法研究了土壤外源汞对大豆幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,随着土壤外源汞浓度的增加 ,大豆的出苗率、根系生长速率受到不同程度的抑制。当土壤汞浓度为10.0mg·kg-1、15.0mg·kg-1时 ,大豆出苗率分别为对照的78 %、67 % ,根长与对照相比降低了20.5 %、28.4 %。当土壤汞浓度大于10mg·kg-1时 ,大豆幼苗叶绿素含量、蒸腾强度有所降低 ,幼苗生长速率减缓

Abstract:Pot experiment studies were conducted on soil treated withmercury to probe the effectiveness of the heavy metal on soybean seeding growth. The results gained from this experiment showed that emergence rate and root growth both were restrained with increasing concentrations of mercury in soil. Mercury contents with 10.0 mg.kg-1 and 15.0 mg.kg-1 in the soil reduced the emergence rate of soybean seedling from 100% to 71%, 67% and decreased 20.5%, 28.4% for root depth of soybean seedling, respectively, as comparing with the control. When mercury concentration in soil was more than 10.0 mg.kg-1, the contents of chlorophyll and transpiration rates of soybean seedlings were decreased.
