| 摘 要： | 应用维生素B12注射液做绵羊冻精的解冻液,实施人工授精配种来提高绵羊受胎率和羔羊成活率。结果表明,试验组绵羊受胎率达96.0%,羔羊成活率达94.2%,而对照组绵羊受胎率为78.0%,羔羊成活率为85.4%,试验组与对照组绵羊受胎率和羔羊成活率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | A test of artificial insemination was conducted by vitamin B_(12)as thawing solution of freeze-dried semen of sheep to improve the conception rate of ewe and survival rate of lamb.The resules showed that the conception rate of ewe was 96.0%and the survival rate of lamb was 94.2% in the test group.while those in the control group were 78.0% and 85.4%,respectively.There was the significant difference in the conception rate of ewe and the survival rate of lamb between the test group and the contral group(P<0.05). |
