| 摘 要： | 帕金森病(Parkinsondisease,PD)是以中脑黑质多巴胺能神经元的变性与消失及纹状体中多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)水平降低的一种疾病,长期困扰着中老年人,虽然病因比较明确,但目前还没有一种特别的治疗方法或药物能彻底根治PD。本文就PD治疗以及神经营养因子的应用等方面作了简要的阐述。

| Abstract: | parkinson'disease is a degeneration and disapparance of dopaminergic neurons in midbrain and dopamine reduction in striatum.Most of the ageds suffer from PD in the long period of time.Although the cause of PD is clearer,no special method of treatment or medicament can absolutely cure it in clinic.In this article,aspects of treatments in PD,such as cell treatment,gene treatment,medicine treatment and neurotropic factors application are briefly revivwed. |
