摘    要:本文综述了当前受到国内外普遍重视的全球变暖和气候变化以及与林业有关的问题。简要介绍了目前对森林在全球碳平衡中的作用,气候变化可能对林业的影响,以及林业对策的研究现状和展望.

Abstract:A brief review is presented on the advancement in research on the greenhouse gas emission, greenhouse effect, global warming and their relationship with forctry. A rapid increase of greenhouse gas concentration in the atmosphere and the global warming have been well known facts. There arc still some uncertainties existing in the prediction of future climate. Efforts in reducing the uncertainties and taking timely appropriate strategies should be made to avoid deterioration of climate. The research on the role of forests in world carbon budget was reviewed in detail. The varieties of results were explained as the uncertainties in world forest resources and other components. According to calculation by the author the forests of China absorbed 2.5 million ton carbon per year during the past 5 years, and further efforts are being made to give a more precise result. The literature concerning the influence of climate change on forest ecosystems is reviewed, too. Framework models arc suggested to set up to evaluate the potential inflcnccs of changed climate on forest ecosystems. Strategies of mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and adapting the potential change of climate arc important aspects in the research. Economic analysis should be conducted in evaluating the loss and gain by strategies in mitigating greenhouse gas emisssions.
