| 摘 要： | 总结了改革开放以来，我国农业科技教育工作在加强农业科学研究，加大农业科技成果转化推广，发展农业科技教育等方面的巨大成就。认真分析了我国科教兴农工作目前存在的主要问题，结合我国加速实施科教兴农战略，提出了今后开展科教兴农应着重抓好的几项工作：一是制订《农业科技发展纲要》，加速农业科技发展；二是建立农科教相结合，层次分明、布局合理的科研教育体制；三是稳定农业技术推广机构，加强农技推广队伍建设；四是加强农民职业教育；五是发展农业高新技术。

| Abstract: | The great achievements obtained in strengthening scientific research in agriculture,promoting the transfer and popularization of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, developing scientific and technological education in agriculture and other aspects since the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world are described. The main problems in present works of revitalization of agriculture with science and education in China are seriously analyzed. Combined with the speeding up the implementation of the strategy of revitalization of agriculture with science and education, some works concerning the revitalization of agriculture with science and technology that should be emphatically dealt in the future are proposed: Firstly, drawing up "The Programme for Development of Agricultural Science and Technology" and accelerating the development of agricultural science and technology. Secondly, building up a scientific and educational system with the characters of combining agricultural science and education together, with clear administrative structure and proper distribution. Thirdly, stabilizing the agrotechnical station and strengthening the development of agrotechnical extension team. Fourthly, strengthening the farmers' professional education. Fifthly, developing high and new technology in agriculture. |
