| 摘 要： | 综述近年来海南地区野生蔬菜基础研究进展和存在的主要问题，着重分析野生蔬菜物种资源、营养成分、重金属含量、毒理实验、栽培和加工技术研究。概述目前海南野生蔬菜的利用情况，并指出存在问题和措施，为海南野生蔬菜的研究和开发提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | The basic research progress and key problems of wild vegetable in Hainan are summarized, including species resource, nutrient content, heavy metal content, toxicity experiment, cultivation and processing technologies. The utilization status of wild vegetable is analyzed. Some suggestions on exploiting the resources are proposed. |
