| 摘 要： | 论述了旱地农业在宁夏农业中的战略地位 ,针对宁夏旱地农业发展面临的资源环境脆弱、生态环境退化严重 ;农业产业结构不合理 ;人口过快增长的问题 ,从建立旱作节水农业技术体系 ,建设农林牧复合型旱地农业体系 ,建设特色旱地农业产业化体系 ,建设生态安全保障体系 ,建设旱地农业信息化管理与服务体系方面提出了宁夏旱地农业发展的战略措施

| Abstract: | The strategic statue of Ningxia dry land agriculture was discussed. Aiming at the problems such as friability of resources and environment, serious degradation of entironment, irrationality of agricultural industry structure and excessive increase of population in the development of Ningxia dry land agriculture, the strategic measures to develop Ningxia dry land agriculture were presented from several aspects including establishment of dry farming water-saving system, building of composite agriculture and forestry and stock raising dry land agriculture system, development of characteristic dry land agriculture industrialization system, constructing of zoology safeguard system and instauration of dry land agriculture information management and service system. |
