刺槐和樟子松种子萌发过程中物质代谢的研究

摘    要:本文研究了刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia L.)和樟子松(Pinus pylve-stris L.)种子萌发过程中碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质及其酶活性的代谢变化。试验结果表明:在种子萌发过程中,刺槐种子子叶中脂肪变化最早;酶活性的升降不一定与其作用底物含量的增减相一致;作用于贮藏物质的酶并不是在浸种后立即就表现出活性。樟子松种子胚乳和种胚中蛋白酶分别在浸种后的第8天和第10天才表现出活性;物质降解是种子正常萌发的先决条件。物质代谢产生的小分子是萌发胚的组成物质,释放的能量用于物质运输、细胞分裂、生长和分化,使种子得以萌发和幼苗形成。

Abstract:This paper deals with the relationship between metabolic changes of mate-rials and the germinaion of seeds(Robinia pseudoacacia L.& Pinus sylvest-ris L.).The results showed that during the germination of the seeds the firstmaterial decomposed in the endospermor cotyledon of the seeds undeter-minably the one that is most rich in the seeds;the activation of enzymesin the seeds does not coincide with the increase or decrease in quantity of itsapplied materials;the enzyme which acts on its storage material is not ac tive soon after the seed absorption of water.Precondition of germination of theseeds is the decomposition of the materails in endosperm or cotyledon,whichprovides materails consisting of cells,organs,energy required by transportat-ion of materals and cell devisions and makes seed germinate and seedling grow
