摘    要:采用施氮量与留叶数双因素裂区试验,以施氮量(90、120、150 kg/hm2)为主区,留叶数(18、20、22片)为副区,研究不同处理对烤烟光合特性的影响。结果表明:烤烟叶片净光合速率随施氮量增大而提高,随留叶数增加而降低;胞间CO2浓度随施氮量与留叶数增加而降低;蒸腾速率随施氮量与留叶数增加表现先增后降趋势;叶面饱和蒸气压、气孔导度随施氮量与留叶数变化规律不明显。2个因素间存在明显互作效应,在提高烟株生长前期叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率与光合速率上,以A2B2处理(N 120 kg/hm2、20片叶)和A3B2处理(N 150 kg/hm2、20片叶)效果最好。

Abstract:A split-plot experiment with two factors, nitrogen fertilizer application rate and remained leaf number, was conducted to study the effects of different treatments on photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of tobacco leaves was increased with the increment of nitrogen application rate and decreased with the increment of remained leaf number, the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of tobacco leaves was decreased with the increment of nitrogen application rate and remained leaf number, the transpiration rate of tobacco leaves showed the increase-decrease trend with the increment of nitrogen application rate and remained leaf number, while the saturation vapor pressure deficit and stomatal conductance showed no clear change trend with the increment of nitrogen application rate and remained leaf number. Interaction between nitrogen application rate and remained leaf number existed, in order to increase the chlorophyll content at early growth stage, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate, A2B2 and A3B2 treatment showed better effect.
