| 摘 要： | 为了明确石菖蒲提取物对褐飞虱的作用方式，本文研究了石菖蒲提取物对褐飞虱的触杀、产卵忌避、熏蒸作用以及对生长发育的影响。结果表明：石菖蒲提取物对褐飞虱有明显的触杀、产卵忌避以及熏蒸活性，对褐飞虱生长发育的影响不显著。4.6 ug/头的剂量点滴处理褐飞虱若虫48 h后，褐飞虱死亡率为86.11%；10 mg/mL的处理浓度下，产卵忌避率为79.90%；100 uL/L的浓度熏蒸30 min后，褐飞虱若虫的为73.98%；亚致死剂量对生长发育主要参数影响不显著。

Study of Action of Extract from Acorus gramineus Against Nilaparvata lugens |

| Abstract: | Contact toxicity, oviposition deterrent, fumigant toxicity and growth and development inhibited effect of Acorus gramineus extract to Nilaparvata lugens were studied. The results showed that the extract had significant contact, oviposition deterrent and fumigant effect against Nilaparvata lugens, while had little effect to its growth and development. After being treated with the extract 4.6 ug/head 48 hours, the corrected mortality was 86.11%. 10 mg/mL Acorus gramineus extract showed 79.90% oviposition deterrent rate to Nilaparvata lugens. The concentration of 100 uL/L showed 73.98% mortality after being treated 30 minutes. The effect to the parameters of growth and development was not significant. |
