海藻生物有机肥对苹果连作土壤环境及新疆野苹果幼苗生物量的影响

摘    要:探讨海藻生物有机肥对减轻苹果连作障碍的效果,为生产中应用提供理论依据。以苹果砧木新疆野苹果Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) Roem]为试材,盆栽条件下,研究加入0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的海藻生物有机肥对苹果连作土壤环境和新疆野苹果幼苗的影响。结果表明,海藻生物有机肥能显著提高新疆野苹果幼苗的干鲜重。海藻生物有机肥的施入提高了连作土中细菌、放线菌数量,降低了真菌总量,同时,还降低了连作土中主要酚酸类物质的含量。因此海藻生物有机肥有减轻苹果连作障碍的作用。

Abstract:Abstract: With potted Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) Roem seedlings as experimental material, adding different weight seaweed biologic organic fertilizer into the continuous cropping soil, to study of different proportions of seaweed biologic organic fertilizer on the effect of continuous cropping soil for apple, and provide a new method for preventing the apple continuous cropping obstacle. The results show that: the seedling with seaweed biologic organic fertilizer grows better than the ones without seaweed biologic organic fertilizer and the dry and fresh weight increases more. Through testing the content of the microorganisms, organic matter, phenolic acid of the potted continuous cropping soil, we know that seaweed biologic organic fertilizer can increase the amount of bacteria, actinomyces and organic matter of the soil and decrease the amount of fungi of causing diseases. Meanwhile the seaweed biologic organic fertilizer can degrade several kinds of phenolic acid matter to a certain extent. Then the seaweed biologic organic fertilizer can reduce the damage of the continuous cropping obstacle to apple seedling.
