| 摘 要： | 本研究归纳了单倍体加倍的研究概况，总结了单倍体加倍的方法，主要有浸种法、浸根法、浸芽法等，分析了单倍体加倍技术在育种中的作用，主要有恢复育性、加速育种进程等，同时指出了单倍体加倍的影响因素，主要有处理浓度、时间和温度等，提出了单倍体加倍存在的问题及合理建议。

Development in the Research and Application of Haploid Doubling Technology in Plants |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the methods of haploid doubling were discussed in detail, and the applications of haploid doubling technology in breeding were summarized, and the influence factors including the concentration and duration of reagent, penetrating agent, temperature of haploid doubling technique were discussed. A variety of doubling ways were compared and summaried. Some problems in the research were proposed and the resonable suggestions were also provided. |
