| 摘 要： | 为了掌握安徽省黄淮白山羊衣原体病的流行情况，本次调查采用间接血凝（IHA）试验对主要养殖区的11个县（市）621份山羊血清进行了衣原体抗体检测。结果显示：11个县（市）均有不同程度的感染，血清抗体平均阳性率为16．7％（104／621）；对不同送检地区、不同年龄的山羊和不同状况母山羊的衣原体抗体阳性率进行了统计分析。结果表明：安徽省主要养殖区的黄淮白山羊普遍存在衣原体感染。

| Abstract: | Chlamydiosis in 621 goats has been examined using an indirect hemagglutinaiton assay(IHA) in order to understand the prevalence of Huanghuai-white Goats chlamydiosis in Anhui Province. In result, the positive rate of chlamydiosis in Huanghuai-white Goats were 16.7%(104/621) in 11 county. The positive rate of chlamydiosis were analysed in different areas, different ages and different conditions. The results showed that the goat chlamydiosis was widespread in Anhui Province. |
