豚鼠14C-葡萄糖示踪动力学研究

摘    要:以豚鼠为试验动物,研究了14C-标记的葡萄糖(14C-GLUC)在动物体内的转运与代谢规律,其示踪动力学模型可用Ct=1157.0476e-0.0359t+14.6515e-0.0346t-1171.6911e-2.6976t一级吸收二室模型来描述。研究还证明,CNT对葡萄糖在动物体内转运与代谢有调控作用,有助于改善机体能量再分配。

Abstract:Using trace kinetics and radioimmunoassay and other techniques, distribution features and metabolic law of 14C-GLUC and effect of its CNT controlling in quinea pigs as test animals have been studied.The results of trace kinetics indicated that metabolism of GLUC could be described with two compartment medals of first-odor rate process,Ct(GLUC )= 1157. 0476e-0. 0359t+ 14. 6515e-0. 0346t-1171. 6911e-2. 6976t. Further research showed that CNT was good to the improvement of energy distribution of body.
