杏鲍菇液体菌种的制备条件及应用研究

摘    要:为了缩短杏鲍菇制种和生产周期,提高菇体产量,对杏鲍菇液体菌种的培养基和培养条件进行了筛选研究,结果表明其适宜的培养基组分为麸皮7%、葡萄糖2%、玉米粉1.5%、KH_2PO_40.1%、MgSO_40.05%、蛋白胨0.05%、VB_1 100 mg·L~(-1);适宜摇瓶的培养条件为:装量100 mL,培养温度26℃,摇床转速210 r·min~(-1),接种量15%。使用液体菌种做中间种能缩短原种和栽培种制种周期,也能缩短杏鲍菇栽培周期,并能提高杏鲍菇产量。

Abstract:Culture mediums and culturing conditions for liquid spawn of pleurotus eryngii were chosen and researched, the results indicated:the suitable culture medium group divided into wheat bran 7%,dextrose 2%,maize meal 1.5%, KH_2PO_4 0.1%,MgSO_4 0.05%,peptone 0.05%,VB_1 100 mg·L~(-1);the optimum filling level,culturing temperature,rotation speed and inoculum concentration were 100 mL,26℃,210 r·min~(-1)and 15%,respectively.Using liquid spawn not only shortens the whole cycle of spawn making and cultivation but also improves output of pleurotus eryngii.
