| 摘 要： | 计算机软件铸铁焊修专家系统是人工智能在铸铁焊修领域的一个具体应用，它能帮助焊接工作者制定工艺方案，指导生产实践。该系统用ＴｕｒｂｏＰｒｏｌｏｇＶ２．０和ＴｕｒｂｏｃＶ２．０实现，在一般汉字操作系统支持下，在ＩＢＭ微机及其兼容机上运行，本系统采用产生式规划，框架及图形相结合的知识表示方式，正反向混合推理策略，引入模糊推理方法，有图文并茂的用户界面。本文着重介绍其功能，基本结构和技术特点。

| Abstract: | This expert system is a software with which repairing cast iron machinery or parts can be done, also known as an example of application of AI in cast iron welding. It can help technican to make procedure and guide for welding practice.This system is implemented with Turbo Prolog V2.0 and Turbo CV2.0 and can run under common Chinese DOS environment in IBM AT and its compatibles. The knowledge bases are organized in production rules and frame representation methods with the connection of computer graphics. The inference engine is built in forward and backward mixture inference strategy and fuzzy inference method is adopted too. The user interface is made in both graphic and text mode with Chinese characters and pictures.In this paper, the functions and basic structure and important technical points of this system are introduced emphasically. |
