骆驼刺对鸡生化指标、免疫力及生产性能指标的影响

摘    要:选择1日龄三黄鸡80只,随机分为两组,试验期为4周,按常规免疫,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1.5%的骆驼刺,在7,14,21,28日龄检测两组久的血液生理生化指标。结果表明,骆驼刺可以提高鸡的抗体水平,E玫瑰花环率,红细胞数,白细胞数,淋巴细胞数,体重以及免疫球蛋白IgG,IgA,IgM,LDL,IB,AST的含量,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),骆驼刺对免疫器官胸腺和脾脏指数有升高作用,可降低嗜碱性细胞的百分比,降低TC,TG,HDL,TB,DB,ALP的含量,与对照组比较,差异不显著(P〉0.05).

Abstract:80 three-yellow chickens aged one day were divided into two groups at random,and the birds in the experimental group were fed feedstuff for 4 weeks,in which 5% of Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv.was added.The biochemical index of immunity and production performance of both groups were measured on the 7~(th),14~(th),21~(st) and 28~(th) day, respectively.The results showed that Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv.could increase the antibody level and E-rosette rate,as well as it could increase the contents of red blood cell,leukocyte,lymphocyte,IgG,IgA,IgM, LDL,IB and AST,and the difference between the two groups was not remarkable(P>0.05).Meanwhile Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv.had effect of rising on the indexes of immune organs,such as thymus and spleen,could reduce the percentage of basophilic cell and the contents of TC,TG,HDL,TB,DB and ALP(P>0.05).It is concluded that Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv.has a little of increasing on the chicken's blood biochemical index.
