摘    要:建立了一种小量快速提取甘薯基因组DNA的方法。用该法以甘薯幼叶为实验材料,用小量快速法提取甘薯基因组DNA。提取的DNA经酶切、琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,结果表明DNA质量较好,所提取的DNA可用于RAPD、AFLP等技术。此方法具有提取速度快、利于规模化提取、DNA质量好和经济实用等优点,为甘薯及其它相关植物基因组DNA的提取提供了一种快速、简便的途径。

Abstract:A new method for rapid isolation of genomic DNA on small scale in sweetpotato was established.Genomic DNA from young leaves of sweetpotato was extracted by a new small scale and rapid isolating method.The extracted DNA by the new method was in a good quality,and could be used in RAPD,SSR and AFLP.The method displayed many fine characteristics such as high efficiency,good quality,practicality and so on.It is a good way for extracting genomic DNA from sweetpotato and other plants.
