摘    要:【目的】比较不同品种(系)南丰蜜橘叶片解剖结构的差异,评价其抗寒和耐旱性能,为南丰蜜橘引种及品种区域布局提供参考依据。【方法】按照常规石蜡切片程序制作切片,荧光显微镜下观测广西特色作物研究院资源圃内7个品种(系)南丰蜜橘成熟叶片的解剖结构,分别采用叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR)和隶属函数法评价其抗寒性和耐旱性。【结果】蜜广橘、柳城蜜橘、桂橘1号、南丰1号、特早南丰蜜橘、南丰2号和杨小2-6的叶片厚度为196.53~255.76μm,上表皮厚度为15.04~18.09μm,栅栏组织厚度为32.37~42.88μm,海绵组织厚度为131.55~181.05μm,下表皮厚度为13.08~15.77μm,CTR为16.60~19.43。抗寒性强弱排序为南丰2号>南丰1号>特早南丰蜜橘>柳城蜜橘>桂橘1号>蜜广橘>杨小2-6,耐旱性强弱排序为柳城蜜橘>南丰1号>蜜广橘>南丰2号>特早南丰蜜橘>桂橘1号>杨小2-6。【结论】南丰2号、南丰1号、柳城蜜橘和特早南丰蜜橘比桂橘1号和杨小2-6更抗寒和耐旱,蜜广橘较耐旱但不抗寒。在南丰蜜橘实际生产中需根据种植区域的地形、气候进行引种和推广,并制定合理的栽培管理措施。

Abstract:Objective]The present study was conducted to compare anatomical structural differences among different Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. Kinokuni varieties(lines) and evaluate their cold resistance and drought resistance, in order to provide references for variety introduction and regional distribution of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. Kinokuni. Method]Sec-tion was made according to paraffin section making process and put under fluorescence microscope. Mature leaves anatom-ical structures of seven varieties(lines) of C. reticulata Blanco cv. Kinokuni planted in Guangxi Academy of Specialty Crops resources garden were observed and compared. Then cold resistance and drought resistance were evaluated by CTR and membership function. Result]The leaf thickness of Miguangju,Liuchengmiju,Guiju No.1,Nanfeng No.1,Early Nanfeng-miju,Nanfeng No. 2 and Yangxiao 2-6 were 196.53-255.76μm,upper epidermis thickness 15.04-18.09μm, palisade tis-sue thickness 32.37-42.88 μm, spongy tissue thickness 131.55-181.05 μm,lower epidermis thickness 13.08-15.77μm, cell tense ration (CTR) of leaf 16.60-19.43. The order of cold resistance from strong to weak was as follows: Nanfeng No.2>Nanfeng No.1>Early Nanfengmiju>Liuchengmiju>Guiju No.1>Miguangju>Yangxiao 2-6. The order of drought resistance from strong to weak were as follows:Liuchengmiju>Nanfeng No.1>Miguangju>Nanfeng No.2>Early Nanfengmiju>Guiju No. 1>Yangxiao 2-6. Conclusion]Nanfeng No.2, Nanfeng No.1, Liuchengmiju and Early Nanfengmiju are more cold-resistant and more drought-resistant than Guiju No.1 and Yangxiao 2-6. Miguangju is drought-tolerated but not cold-resis-tant. In actual production, C. reticulata Blanco cv. Kinokuni variety introduction and promotion should match the topogra-phy and climate in the regions, and formulate reasonable cultivation and management measures.
