摘    要:【目的】筛选适合广西种植的小豆新品系,为广西发展小豆生产提供优良品种。【方法】以小豆大粒品种京农6号为对照(CK),对13个小豆新品系进行两年引种试验,综合评价各品系的主要农艺性状、产量及抗性等。【结果】13个参试品系均表现早中熟,生育天数78.0~83.5 d;株高28.58~46.98 cm,主茎节数11.5~14.1节,主茎分枝1.0~2.0个,单株荚数20.5~31.2个,荚长7.3~9.8 cm,单荚粒数6.1~7.7粒,百粒重12.96~18.19 g。各参试品系两年干籽粒平均产量为1348.60~1992.79 kg/ha,有6个品系干籽粒产量高于CK,其中冀红0007-5、冀红0004-10和品红05203比CK增产10.00%以上;有7个品系干籽粒平均产量低于CK,其中保200424、唐红2009-73、苏小豆12-1、龙28-324和唐红0809-1较CK减产超过10.00%。所有品系均为直立株型,不裂荚;豆粒除保红200624为黄色外,其余均为红色;粒形除龙27-096为长圆柱形外,其余均为短圆柱形;两年试验中各品系均表现出较好的抗旱性、抗倒伏性及抗花叶病毒病性。【结论】小豆新品系冀红0007-5、冀红0004-10、冀红0001-15和同红2号产量较高、综合农艺性状优良且抗性较好,适合在广西南宁及周边生态环境相似的地区推广种植。

Abstract:Objective]New lines of adzuki bean that were suitable for planting in Guangxi were selected, in order to provide fine varieties for production of adzuki bean in Guangxi. Method]Thirteen new lines of adzuki bean were intro-duced, and tested in two years, so as to evaluate comprehensively their main agronomic traits, yield, resistance, with large-seed variety Jingnong 6 as control(CK). Result]Thirteen tested lines showed early or middle mature characteris-tic, growth period was 78.0-83.5 d, plant height ranged from 28.58 to 46.98 cm, nod number and branch number per main stem were 11.5-14.1 and 1.0-2.0, respectively, pod number per plant was 20.5-31.2, pod length was 7.3-9.8 cm, seed number per pod were 6.1-7.7, and 100-seed weight was 12.96-18.19 g. Average dry seed yields of tested lines were 1348.60-1992.79 kg/ha in two years, and dry seed yields of six tested lines were higher than that of CK, especially Jihong 0007-5, Jihong 0004-10 and Pinhong 05203 with increment of above 10.00%, but dry seed yields of other 7 lines were lower than that of CK, especially Bao 200424, Tanghong 2009-73, Suxiaodou 12-1, Long 28-324, Tanghong 0809-1 with decrement of above 10.00%. The tested lines were characterized by erect plant, indehiscent pod, red seed and short cylindrical seed, except Baohong 200624 with yellow seeds and Long 27-096 with long cylindrical seed. And all the tes-ted lines showed good resistance to drought, lodging and bean common mosaic virus(BCMV) disease in two-year trial.Conclusion]Four new adzuki bean lines viz., Jihong 0007-5, Jihong 0004-10, Jihong 0001-15 and Tonghong 2 are characterized by high yield, excellent agronomic traits and good resistance, so which are suitable for planting in Nanning, Guangxi and some regions with similar environment.
