| 摘 要： | 牛结节性皮肤病（LSD）是由牛结节性皮肤病病毒（LSDV）引起的一种牛急性、亚急性全身感染的病毒性传染病。在全球多数地区有流行发病史，并呈逐年扩增趋势。作为一种近几年新传入我国的病毒性传染病，受气候环境因素影响，有明显季节性，多发于高温潮湿季节。该病传播途径多元化，农产品往来、动物贸易流动、野生动物流窜迁徙、饲料调运、患病牛精液配种等均可导致病毒传播，引发牛出现以皮肤硬状结节为主要特征的临床症状，传染性强，易造成大面积传播，对养牛业产生极大的危害性，严重制约牛产业有序健康发展。为更好地认识和了解该病毒的特性，本文整理了牛结节性皮肤病的全球流行史，通过流行病学分析，综合阐述了发病临床特征，并根据不同的诊断方法，提出了有针对性的预防控制措施，以期为预防该病发生和建立综合性的生物安全防控体系提供帮助，从而确保牛群健康，提高养殖效益。

Epidemic Characteristics, Prevention and Control of Lumpy Skin Disease |

| Abstract: | Lumpy skin disease (LSD) is a viral infectious disease caused by Lumpy skin disease virus(LSDV), which is an acute and subacute systemic infection of cattle.There is a history of epidemic disease in most regions of the world, and it is expanding year by year.As a viral infectious disease newly introduced into China in recent years, it is obviously seasonal due to climatic and environmental factors, and most of it occurs in hot and humid seasons.The spread of the disease is diversified. The exchange of agricultural products, the flow of animal trade, the migration of wild animals, the transportation of feed, and the breeding of diseased cattle semen can all lead to the spread of the virus, which causes cattle to have clinical symptoms characterized by hard skin nodules. The disease is highly infectious, which is easy to cause large-scale spread, which is extremely harmful to the cattle industry, and seriously restricts the orderly and healthy development of the cattle industry.In order to better understand the characteristics of the virus, this paper collated the global epidemic history of bovine nodular skin disease, comprehensively elaborated the clinical characteristics of the disease through epidemiological analysis, and proposed targeted prevention and control measures according to different diagnostic methods, with a view to providing help for the prevention of the disease and the establishment of a comprehensive biosafety prevention and control system, so as to ensure the health of cattle and improve the breeding efficiency. |
