Abstract: | Fifty rats were divided into three dose groups, blank control group and model control group to study the protective effect of Aloe Vera gel freeze-dried powder on acute gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol in rats. The low, medium and high doses of the samples were 0.167g/kg·bw, 0.0333g/kg·bw and 1.000g/kg·bw (5 times, 10 times and 30 times of the recommended amount of human body, respectively),The tested mice were given intragastric administration with the intragastric volume of 10mL/kg·bw, once a day. After 30 consecutive days, the rats were anatomized with anhydrous ethanol as the agent for acute gastric mucosal injury. According to the scores of gastric mucosal injury and the total scores of gastric mucosal pathological examination, the results showed that aloe vera gel freeze-dried powder had an auxiliary protective effect on the gastric mucosal injury. |
