| Abstract: | The identification methods of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B.mucronatus were summarized from three aspects of morphology,biochemistry and molecule as well as the pathogenicity.In order to provide more and safer methods of import and export quarantine control on PWND,and while provide theoretical basis for better identifying the two nematodes. |
