| Abstract: | Through the research of property rights and forest development from the View of institutional economics and empirical analysis,the forest right system reform of plain areas has experienced during twists and turns,showing a characteristics of recirculation.The protection of property rights is low efficiency and imbalance during the past year.Recent forest property system reform with new round in Henan has been enforced several years and attained important benefits of economics,society and ecosystem. |
