摘    要:以玉米骨干自交系黄早 4、齐 319和 8112的幼胚为外植体 ,用含有 10g/LNaCl的培养基筛选获取耐盐愈伤组织。耐盐愈伤组织分化出幼苗 ,自交结实。子一代通过水培进行耐盐性测定 ,选择耐盐植株 ,对其后代继续进行耐盐性鉴定、筛选 ,获得耐盐突变体。以农艺性状稳定和耐盐性稳定的自交系为材料 ,组配出耐盐杂交种N2 - 1×N1- 4A和 8112 - 1×N1- 6A等杂交组合。盐碱地试验表明 ,这些组合适合于在中度盐碱地种植 ,且在生长后期可以用 5 0 %海水灌溉

Breeding of maize inbred lines and hybrids with the trait of salt-tolerance via cellular engineering
Abstract:Embryogenic calli were induced from the immature embryos of maize elite maize inbred lines of Huangzao 4,Qi 319 and 8112 NaCl-tolerant calli were selected by subculture on the medium containing NaCl 10g/L Then plantlets were regenerated from the NaCl-tolerant calli After transplantation the plants grew up and self-crossed The salt tolerance of the progeny was examined by water culture or sand culture and NaCl-tolerant plants were selected, then self-lines with good agronomic characteristics were obtained Salt-tolerant hybrids such as N2-1×N1-4A and 8112-1×N1-6A performed very well in middle saline soil
