| 摘 要： | １９９４～１９９５年于河北、河南两省地采集枣树皮、枣枝、枣头、枣叶、枣吊经分离、培养、鉴定，结果表明引起枣缩果病的４种病原物［１］在树体的各个部位皆可以越冬；分离菌中仍以盾壳霉菌（Ｃｏｎｉｏｔｈｙｒｉｕｍｓｐ．）和细链格孢菌（Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａｔｅｎｕｉｓｔｅｎｕｉｓ）为主，不同病原在树体上的分布也不同，枣吊、枣叶上以Ａ．ｔｅｎｕｉｓ为主，其它部位以Ｃ．ｓｐ．为主。１９９５年７月用越冬３种真菌分离菌在唐县羊角村作大田接种，接种枣果表现典型的枣缩果病症状，采接种后５ｄ的病果再分离，分离菌与原接种菌一致，证明枣树皮、枣枝、枣头等是枣缩果病菌的越冬场所。

| Abstract: | Each part of jujube trees, which was collected from the susceptible jujube trees in eight places in epidemic areas of jujube fruit shrink disease of Hebei and Henan provinces in 1994～1995,was isolated and the isolates were identified. The exprimental results showed that the pathogens of jujube fruit shrink disease, wich were Alternaria tenuisNees,Coniothyrium sp. and a fungus belonging to Agonomycetes and a kind of bacteria, could be acquired from each part of jujube trees. The most of the isolates from the specimen were A. tennis and C. sp.. A. tenuis was dominant in“Zao Diao” and C. sp. was dominant in other parts of jujube trees. The isolates such as C. sp.、A. tennis and the fungus belonging to Agonomycetes form each part of overwintered trees were inoculated into jujube fruit and the typical symptom of jujube fruit shrink disease were reproduced. All of the isolates could be reisolated from the inoculated diseased fruits. The conclusion could be drawn from the above-mentioned statement that each part of jujube tree such as bark、branch was the overwintered places of pathogens of jujube fruit shrink disease. |
