摘    要:本文以6种不同水稻土壤类型为试验材料,研究了不同水稻土壤类型对稻米品质的影响.研究结果表明:土壤有机质和氮、硫、钙、镁、锰、铜、钼及氯的含量与稻米品质之间存在着显著相关.氮素营养是增加稻米蛋白质含量的重要因素;土壤有效硫含量较高,稻米品质则相应提高;垩白粒率和垩白面积随着土壤有效锰含量的增加而相应提高;土壤中交换性钙和镁对稻米品质有显著作用;土壤中交换性钙含量与稻米的蛋白质含量及胶稠度均呈显著的正相关;而土壤交换性镁与稻米的蛋白质含量却呈显著的负相关;土壤有效铜和有效钼含量与稻米的蛋白质含量均呈正相关;土壤有效钼含量与稻米蛋白质含量和胶稠度正相关达到显著水平.

Abstract:The effects of different soil nutrients elements on rice qualities were studied by using six different paddy soils as material under the same bio-climatic conditions in this paper. The results showed that there were exist significant correlations between rice qualities and soil nutrients elements, such as the soil' s organic matter, nitrogen, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, molybdenum and chlorine contents. Nitrogen was an important factor to increase the protein content office. The rice qualities were raised with the higher soil sulfur content. Nitrogen is an important factor to increase the protein content office. Higher soil effective sulfur content is in a certain range can make better rice quality. Higher soil effective manganese content is more chalky rice rate and chalky area of rice. Soil exchangeable calcium and magnesium play a significant role in the quality office, the soil exchangeable calcium content and protein contents office and gel consistency were significant positive correlation, but soil exchangeable magnesium content and protein content of rice is significant negative correlation. The available copper and available molybdenum contents in the soil and protein content of rice were positively correlated, respectively. The available molybdenum content in soil and rice protein content and gel consistency are related to achieve a significant level of p0.05.
