摘    要:将2‰的琼脂和2%~5%的NaCl添加到具有保鲜功能的微生物短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX发酵液中,制成微生物保鲜菌胶悬剂,其活菌含量高,质地均匀,无上下分层,稳定性能良好。将其应用于枇杷保鲜试验的结果表明,该微生物保鲜菌制剂对"早钟六号"和"解放钟"枇杷果实具有良好的保鲜效果,在室温条件下(20~25℃)贮藏8 d时,与对照相比,可显著降低失重率,提高好果率。该制剂经动物急性毒性检测分析结果为无毒级。

Abstract:Microbial fresh-keeping agent could be prepared by adding 2‰ agar and 2% to 5% NaCl to fermentation broth of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX.The content of FJAT-0809-GLX cells in the colloidal suspension agent was high.And it had the characteristic of uniform texture.Microbial fresh-keeping agent had better fresh-keeping effect to ‘Zao Zhong Six’ and ‘Jie Fangzhong’ loquat(Eriobotrya japonica).Good fruit rates and weight lose rates of loquat treated with microbial fresh-keeping agent after 8 days under room temperature(20~25 ℃) were different significantly to that of control.This microbial fresh-keeping agent belongs to non-toxic class according to the result of the mouse acute test.
