摘    要:将蜈蚣藻的固着器、中部、顶端部作为材料分别在15、20、25℃恒温条件下,分别设置成9、27、54μmol.m-2.s-1左右的光照条件,放入NMB3#培养液中培养。分别考察温度、光照以及切断方法三个因素及其相互作用对蜈蚣藻离体再生的影响。结果表明:20℃左右为蜈蚣藻离体再生的最适温度,而且蜈蚣藻的离体再生需要较强的光照,如本次试验条件下的54μmol.m-2.s-1左右,或者更高。另外,蜈蚣藻藻体的固着器、中部、顶端切断都有不同程度的再生能力,或者能产生新的芽体,如固着器和藻体中部;或者可以离体生长,如顶端藻体。

Abstract:The holdfast ,middle ,and top part of the Grateloupia turuturu were cultured apart in containers with NMB3# nutrient solution when three grades (15 ℃,20 ℃ and 25 ℃ )of the temperature,three grades (9、27、54 μmol·m-2·s-1)of the illumination. Do completely random experiment of three factors to research the effects of temperature ,illumination and different fragments and their interaction. The experiment results showed that:the temperature of 20 ℃or so is best for the isolated regeneration of the Grateloupia turuturu ,and it need a strong illumination,for example,54 μmol·m-2·s-1 in this experiment,perhaps much stronger.In addition,the holdfast ,middle ,and top part of the Grateloupia turuturu hold a different regeneration capacity,some can grow sprout,such as the holdfast and middle,some can stretch unceasingly,such as the top part.
