广斧螳若虫对荔枝蝽若虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应

摘    要:为明确广斧螳Hierodula patellifera(Serville)若虫对荔枝蝽Tessaratoma papillosa(Drury)若虫的捕食潜力,采用捕食功能反应方法研究了广斧螳若虫对荔枝蝽若虫的捕食能力变化、捕食功能反应、捕食行为及搜寻效应。结果表明,广斧螳7龄若虫对荔枝蝽1龄若虫、广斧螳8龄若虫对荔枝蝽1~4龄若虫、广斧螳9~10龄若虫对荔枝蝽1~5龄若虫的捕食功能反应均拟合HollingⅡ型方程。广斧螳9、10龄若虫对荔枝蝽5龄若虫的攻击系数最高,分别为1.3617和1.2422;广斧螳8、10龄若虫的日最大捕食量最高,均为122.0头。捕食同一龄期荔枝蝽若虫时,广斧螳若虫的搜寻效应会随猎物密度的增加而下降,9龄若虫对荔枝蝽5龄若虫的搜寻效应随密度增加下降趋势最大。研究结果表明广斧螳可能具有作为有效天敌应用于荔枝蝽生物防治的潜力。
