| 摘 要： | 从临床症状、生理指标、腹部触诊以及X线透视等方面对犬肠套叠进行探讨。根据发病时程、便血情况、腹壁紧张状态、肠套叠部位等因素,决定是否采用手术疗法;根据肠管坏死情况,决定是否切除部分套叠肠管,行肠吻合术。研究表明,术后护理和抗感染很重要。

| Abstract: | Based on the diagnostics and treatment process of canine's intussusception,the disease from the perspective of clinical symptom, physiological index, touching diagnose of abdomen and the X-ray was researched. According to the process of sickness?the condition of stool and blood, the tense state of abdomen and the position of invagination etc, we decided whether we should adopt the operation therapy :general anesthesia, opening the abdominal cavity along the belly center line,inspecting and checking the invaginated intestine pipe.According to its necrosis, we decided whether we should amputate some of the invaginaed intestine pipe,adopting intestinal anastomosis.It was very important to take care of it carefully and prevent from infection after surgency.The results indicated that the method of surgency is essential to the middle and later stage of intussusception, a comprehensive and correct nursing had great impact on the total recovering of sicked canine. |
