桃树体内生化代谢与其对流胶病抗性的关系

摘    要:试验以对流胶病表现为高抗、中抗、感病 3种类型的桃品种 (系 )为材料 ,接种流胶病病原菌后 ,定期测定苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、过氧化物酶 (PO)、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性和绿原酸、木质素的含量 ,并进行PO和PPO同工酶分析。结果表明 :桃对流胶病的抗性与苯丙氨酸代谢的PAL有密切关系 ,并通过代谢产物绿原酸、木质素的增加得到表现 ;同时与PO和PPO的活性也有密切关系 ;但PO、PPO同工酶与桃对流胶病的抗性并无显著相关关系

Abstract:Three types of peach varieties(or strains)(highly resistant,medium resistant and susceptible to gummosis)were used as experimental materials to be inoculated with pathogen of gummosis.The activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL),peroxidase(PO),polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and the contents of chlorogenic acid and lignin were assayed.The zymogram of PO and PPO were also analyzed.Results indicated that the relationship between the resistance of peach to gummosis and the activity of PAL were close,as well as the activity of PO and PPO.The relationship between PAL activity and gummosis resistance was reflected by the increase of cholrogenic acid and lignin.There was no significantly correlated relationship between gummosis resistance of peach and isoenzyme of PO and PPO.
