| 摘 要： | 我国的实木家具产品主要以硬阔叶树材为材料,原料价格昂贵,所以提高干燥质量、减少干燥降等是关键的工艺环节.针对目前家具业木材干燥的主要问题,笔者建议必须进行良好的预干,合理地制定和实施干燥工艺,并严格控制生产过程中家具材料的含水率变化.

| Abstract: | Timber drying problems in the Chinese furniture industry are discussed in this paper. Topics that are reviewed include pre-drying, drying and moisture control during the manufacturing process. The price of hardwood for furniture manufacturing has become so expensive that raising lumber quality and reducing drying degradation are now of primary importance. We have found that the most efficient way to achieve this goal is to dry hardwood through the use of scientific methods. |
